With an installed user-base of more than 50 million, iHeartRadio streams more than 1,000 U.S. terrestrial radio stations, and 400,000 custom artist and talk radio stations.

Product Challenge: increase user engagement and total listening hours.

 

To increase user engagement, I introduced a set of features that would turn the product into a toothbrush. Like a toothbrush, I wanted to introduce a set of features for the user to begin and end their day with; which would potentially increase both total listening hours and user engagement. With that said, I proposed and introduced an Alarm Clock & Sleep Timer.
